RESERVATION
DEPOSIT:
For motorhome or truck camper rental, a $300.00 reservation fee
is required to confirm and hold your vehicle. Final payment is
due upon arrival. If paying with a personal check, this money
must be received 30 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, cash, traveler's checks and personal checks (deposit
only).

2.
|
SECURITY
DEPOSIT:
A security deposit of $500.00 is required at the time the motorhome
is picked up. Deposits will be refunded seven days after drop
off. Security deposits are fully refunded if unit is returned
undamaged, clean, holding tanks empty, fuel and propane tanks
full.

3.
|
CHECK-IN
AND OUT:
Pick-up times are scheduled between 1:00PM and 5:00PM, unless
other arrangements have been agreed upon by both parties. Return
time is 8:00AM to 10:00AM and are strictly enforced unless arrangements
have been agreed upon by both parties. A penalty of $50 per hour
will be charged for any late returns without pre-approval.

4.
|
CANCELLATION:
When canceling a reservation, the following charges will be made:
1.
30 days or more prior to arrival will result in a forfeit
of 0% of reservation deposit.
2. 29-15 days prior to arrival will result in a forfeit
of 50% of reservation deposit
3. 14 days or less prior to arrival will result in a forfeit
of 100% of reservation deposit |

5.
|
ORIENTATION:
Upon completion of paperwork, a complete motorhome orientation
will be conducted. This will include the interior and exterior
workings of your motorhome. For your convenience, we also offer
a detail operators manual along with the Milepost in each unit.

6.
|
INSURANCE:
Drivers must be at least 25 years of age and hold a valid drivers
license. All vehicles are covered by state minimums. $100,000/$300,000
Bodily Injury/Liability. $50,000 Property Damage. We do offer
an $18 per day Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) for a $500 deductible.
CDW applies to collision with another vehicle. CDW DOES NOT COVER
damage due to negligence i.e.: Overhead damage, undercarriage,
backing up, damage to steps, windows, tire and windshield. WE
always suggest using a spotter. Client may provide own insurance
with prior approval from both parties.

7.
|
ROADWAYS
RESTRICTIONS:
Vehicles are restricted from operation on the Dalton, Dempster,
Edgerton, Taylor and the Denali Highways. The CDW is void should
this rule be violated. Client will also be held liable for damages
to vehicle, tires, towing charges, windshield and other expenses
as a result of breakdown associated with operating in these areas.

8.
|
SMOKING:
All rental units are NON-SMOKING. Penalty for smoking will be
a forfeit of the security deposit.
|
|
9.
|
CLEANING:
Motorhome should be returned in the same manner as when it departed.
Any open food and any garbage should be bagged and removed from
motorhome. Floors need to be swept (broom and dust pan provided).
Units need to be returned with the same levels of fuel as when
it departed. A refueling fee of $35.00 plus the cost of the fuel
at $2.50 per gallon.

RESTRICTIONS:
|
Pets are not allowed in motorhomes.
All
motorhomes and pick up campers are NON SMOKING units
Absolutely
NO FISH allowed in the refrigerator/freezer (coolers
will be placed in the motorhome upon request).
No
towing is allowed

10.
|
SUBSTITUTIONS:
If for any reason beyond our control, the motorhome and, or
pick up camper is not available, we will gladly substitute a unit
of equal or greater value at no additional cost.
